We start processing the order immediately after receiving the payment. In the case of payment by traditional transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time needed to receive the payment.
Order fulfillment times may be longer during promotional campaigns.
After completing your entire order, the parcel will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you have chosen to collect your order to the Paczkomat® InPost machine, the parcel will be at the point of your choice within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of shipment. You will receive confirmation of shipment of the package to your e-mail address provided when placing the order.
