Artificial Nail Remover is a professional solution containing 100% acetone. It is designed to remove gel polish, acrylic, artificial nail tips and other acetone-soluble soak-off products.

The remover softens and dissolves suitable nail products, allowing the softened material to be removed gently without aggressive scraping. Correct preparation, sufficient soaking time and careful removal help reduce the risk of mechanical damage to the natural nail plate.

Gel polish cannot be removed in the same way as traditional nail lacquer. Simply rubbing the surface with a remover-soaked wipe is not sufficient. The top layer must first be filed or buffed, after which a saturated lint-free wipe should remain in close contact with the nail for the required soaking time.

Directions – gel polish removal

1. Carefully file or buff away the shiny top coat without filing into the natural nail.
2. Saturate a lint-free nail wipe with undiluted remover.
3. Place the saturated wipe directly on the nail surface.
4. Secure it with a soak-off clip or wrap the fingertip tightly in aluminium foil.
5. Leave it in place for approximately 4–8 minutes or for the time recommended by the manufacturer of the nail product.
6. Remove the wrap and check whether the material has softened.
7. Gently push away the softened product using an orangewood stick or another suitable tool.
8. When the product remains firmly attached, reapply the saturated wipe. Do not scrape or pull the product off by force.
9. Gently refine any remaining residue with a fine-grit nail file or buffer.

Soaking time depends on the type, thickness and number of product layers. Builder bases, acrylic and thicker nail enhancements may require a longer removal process.

Acrylic removal

Shorten and reduce the thickness of the acrylic with a nail file or electric nail drill, leaving a thin layer of product. Apply a remover-soaked wipe, secure it with foil and check the material regularly.

The process may need to be repeated. Never pull or aggressively scrape acrylic away from the natural nail.

Cleaning tools and work surfaces

Artificial Nail Remover may help remove selected product residue from tools and surfaces that are resistant to acetone.

Acetone may discolour, dull, dissolve or permanently damage plastic, painted or varnished worktops, rubber components and selected synthetic materials. Test the product on a small, hidden area and follow the care instructions provided by the surface or tool manufacturer.

The product does not replace the cleaning, disinfection or sterilisation of reusable tools.

Brush cleaning

Use the remover only with brushes whose manufacturer permits contact with acetone. Prolonged soaking may dry out, deform or damage the bristles, adhesive and brush handle.

Do not immerse the entire brush or leave it soaking in acetone.
