Good material compatibility even with delicate materials such as flexible endoscopes. Very good cleaning results, even if the instruments are heavily soiled. Suitable for ultrasonic cleaners, has a pleasant smell.

For cleaning and disinfecting non-critical medical devices made of metal, glass etc. and for disinfecting semi-critical and critical medical devices before mechanical reprocessing. For manual preparation and final disinfection, we recommend Sekusept ™ aktiv.

Prepare a solution by diluting with water of at least drinking water quality. Place instruments in the solution immediately after use, making sure all surfaces are completely submerged. Clean instruments according to the manufacturer's instructions, including mechanisms (e.g. by brushing, wiping). After the specified operating time has elapsed, remove the items from the solution and rinse with water of at least drinking quality. As recommended by the RKI, a new solution must be prepared daily.
Material changes to polycarbonate glass, polysulfide and acrylic glass cannot be excluded, but can be largely avoided by sufficient rinsing after each use. Not suitable for silicone instruments. If flexible endoscopes are chemically-thermally treated, the endoscope should be rinsed thoroughly after disinfection to avoid altering the performance of the slides.
